シールを縦方向に貼り、
お名前を記入してください。
左右に引っ張るようにして
カップを開いてください。
折畳みコップを開き、形を整えてください。
健診当日の朝一番の尿をコップに採ってください。
出はじめの尿は採らずに出来るだけ中間の尿をお採りください。
使用後のコップは「絶対に」トイレに流さないでください。
溶けないためトイレに流すと詰まる恐れがあります。
プラスチックの試験管にこぼれないように左図指定の位置まで注いでください。
採取後、漏れないように試験管のキャップを
しっかりと締めてください。
ビニール袋へ入れてください。
※ビニール袋には、試験管のみお入れください。
ビニール袋のチャックを締め、各検査機関の指示に従い、所定の場所へ提出してください。
尿の取り方
Put the label vertically on the urine sample container and write your name on it.
Pull the folding cup apart from left to right to open.
Open the cup and adjust its shape.
Collect the first urine of the day on the health checkup day.
Please catch the mid-stream sample of urine in the cup, not the first part.
”DO NOT“ flush the cup down the toilet after use.
If you flush it down the toilet, it may cause clogging because it does not dissolve.
Pour the urine sample in the plastic test tube up to under the screw capacity so that it does not spill.
After collection, screw the lid tightly to avoid any leaks.
Put the urine sample in the given plastic bag. Please put the container ONLY in the bag.
Close the zipper of the bag and submit it to the designated location according to the instructions of each testing agency.

Đặt nhãn theo chiều dọc trên hộp và viết tên của bạn lên đó.
Kéo cốc gập ra từ trái sang phải để mở nó ra.

Xin vui lòng thu thập nước tiểu lúc sáng sớm ngay từ lần đi tiểu đầu tiên trong ngày kiểm tra sức khỏe, bằng cách đổ vào cốc.
Xin hãy cố gắng thu thập nước tiểu ở giữa quá trình đi tiểu, tránh thu thập nước tiểu từ lúc bắt đầu đi tiểu.
KHÔNG ném cốc xuống toilet sau khi sử dụng.
Nếu bạn xả nó xuống toilet, nó có thể gây tắc vì nó không tan chảy.
